I'm with the grandma.. she should whip his butt something fierce. LOL @ the "They do plan to pursue grand theft charges against the 7 year old" line. Just sounds funny.

He got into trouble later because he beat his grandma in a Wal-mart because she wouldnt buy him chicken wings.
