I just tightened the timings on my RAM, memtest or Prime95?

I'm running my memory and CPU synchronously so my Samsung PC3200 is going at 220 with tightened timings of 2.5-3-3-5 (3-3-3-8 is default)

I'm thinking I should check for RAM stability. Is Prime95's RAM test better or use memtest? How long should I run it?
 
Both actually.....run Memtest to check for errors first, and then use P95's torture test (blend) for the 2nd phase.
