I just spilled mocha on my acer keyboard.....

then dried it with a hair dryer

its alive
i guess it is spill proof
only paid $7 new for it
been here for a yr

didnt want to buy a new one

damn jets game made me spill it :Q

Heh, your keyboard has 9 lives. If you spill anything on a keyboard. I think it would be better off to wash it in isopropyl alcohol and then blow it with a hair dryer, instead of straight water.

i spilled tea on my KB a while back. tried distilled water to clean it since it's less/non conductive. Dried it with a hair dryer too. plugged it in and POW, blew up my new system. CRAP. now if i spill something on a KB i yank that PS2 plug as fast as i can and pitch that sucker, LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!

i just get a new acer kb for $7 again

depends on luck, many keyboards have layers of sandwiched plastic with printed circuits. if liquid gets inbetween..contacts corrode and key dies best bet is totake a keyboard apart immediately

man, my keyboard has stuff living in it. It was small when it got in, and now it's huge and it can't get out. It lives off all the liquor and crackers i drop in there. Hell, any person can live off all the food i spill on my keyboard.
