I just slipped on ice and hit some concrete steps, I'm fairly sure i got a slight concussion and a chipped tooth. I'd say 1/3 of my top right incisor is missiong. Does anyone know how much a crown cost?

well.. that sucks. :(

do you think you should go to the ER for that concussion?

You may need a root canal and a crown... or maybe you can just have the tooth bonded.
Too hard to tell from here. Dental eval needed so you can get an estimate of services needed.

It's not too bad, I do have some PT amnesia for a few minutes before the event and I feel a little out of it as far as disorientation/confusion and motor coordination and a headache but it's definitely not too bad, nothing serious, no loss of consciousness and basically no chance it will develop into anything serious like a brain lesion/hematoma unless if by some freak occurance.

That and I do not have a car at school and i have no idea where the hospital is.

Obviously you can tell by the post i'm still highly functional, it's just the outer periphery areas of my brain that feel weird like memory and making decisions are much harder and walking takes more concentration.

Well... it's important to monitor yourself for the time being. If you notice any worsening symptoms, get your ass to the hospital asap.
