you've convinced me to try the software. the package deal is really a deal! but i already got a TV card (Winfast2000 series) and a real TV.

sweet, I'm going to make a HTPC with PVR soon enough. Plan on picking up the PVR-350 model. Just been doing a lot of reading between Beyond TV or SageTV or dare try my hand at using MythTV.

Can beyondtv recognize two different hard drives? Like if I put in two 250 GB drives, I'm assuming I select where I want to save the recordings to?

How's the picture quality? What size/make TV do you have? Thanks

1. Saving can be done to any drive..networked too if you have a wired 100Mb/s network drive, YOu jsut created a folder in any directory

2. Picture quality is fantastic.

3. I have a 25mitsu from the ice age that is still going on the strong. I use it as my monitor since I have nothing else to use( ihave my 19'' to my dad and my 15'' to my mom). Since it is a HTPC, i don't really need a seperate monitor.

Well I just ordered the PVR-250 & BT3 bundle for $139.99 - $10 coupon + $7 UPS Ground + 0% Oregon sales tax = $136.99

Before it arrives, gotta reformat the hard drive do a clean re-install of XP Home and slap in the 120GB.
