I just scratched my LCD Monitor

it is about 1/4th of an inch long. Is there any known way to polish it out?

I'm really not sure, but you may be able to polish it out with nail polish remover.

This has been asked before, and I don't beleive that I have ever heard a good solution.

Do not put nail polish remover (acetone) on your LCD screen. You could permanently damage it if it is made of a plastic that is softened, dissolved, or discolored by acetone.

There's no really good way to get rid of it.
