I just saw a commercial on TV.

It was a commercial for the United Methodist Church.

I have no problem with any religion, but what is the difference between Methodists, Baptists, Lutherans and all the rest of the Protestant religions?

None of them bothered to read the bible?

Maybe they all read the Bible and came to different conclusions.

I asked a straightforward question and I won't put up with any trolling replies.

The Church is the Bride of Christ.
Methodist, are a lot like Anglicans.
Spiritually, they are a lot alike.
Aestetically, they need more don't wear any make up, and dress rather palinly.

😉

In the Sacristy of an Orthodox Church you will find an Icon of Jesus.
In the Sacristy of a Catholic Church you will find an photograph of the Pope.
In the Sacristy of an Anglican Church you will find a mirror.

Anglicans and Methodist are the bridge between Catholicism and Protestantism.
the Anglicans are the footing on the Catholic side.
The Methodist are the footing on the Protestant side.

Anglicans were basically Catholic, but rejected the Pope's claimed authority over England.
Their founders wanted to remain Catholic.

Methodists were Anglican, but split off.
Their founder, Wesley, did not want to split.

Lutherns had a differnt origin, but are very close to Anglicans now, and both clergy may administer the Eucharist in the other's church.

Baptists are Zwinglists.
