I just paid $2.59/Gal for gas...

:| WTF! :| It cost me $43 to fill the RX up. Thats about the cost of HL2! :|

So, anyone else going to participate in the "gas strike" tomorrow? What does it prove to have that? All that means is that everyone who didnt buy gas on the 19th, will just get gas on the 20th and the gas stations will be flooded with cars. *sigh* This whole gas-price situation is getting frustrating.

Edit: BTW, it was 91 Oct. that I put in.

I want to know how much is costs for Skoorb, since Alabama is right near a whole network of major pipelines.

there isn't anything in power that we can do 🙁 unfortunately

True 🙁 I'm just getting upset with all of it. There is word that gas prices will still rise even higher around here. Might even hit $4/Gal.

did we really need another gas thread? yes...we know gas prices are higher than they have been. get over it or do something about it other than complain. I hate it too, but what am i going to do about it? Drive less. That's what. big deal.

Drive less? I really only use my car to drive to work, so there goes that rational. I can't carpool, because no one lives around me where I work. Yes, it sucks. Yes, I can complain 😉

OMG ARE YOU SERIOUS! I paid $.97 last time I filled up! Holy crap I had no idea gas prices were so high, because I haven't seen all of the other threads complaining about it!
😛

A "gas strike" is nothing short of retarded. If you want to pay less for gas... drive less.

I paid $1.79 about 3 days ago. Haven't looked at prices since then b/c I haven't needed to fill up. 🙂

The only way to really 'hurt' gas companies is to lower demand. A lot of people would have to make a serious effort to use less gas for a significant amount of time. Car pooling, riding a bike, walking, less leisure travel, etc are all good ways to save money, help the environment, and lower demand.

Then deal with it. and post in one of the other numerous "bitch about gas prices" threads. It gets old.
...and you *just* had to click on the thread on come in here right? If you look around the thread, it seems you're the only one complaining about it 😉

Seriously, let us that want to converse about it do so, and leave the negativity some where else.\
edit: oh and BTW, if you read my OP, you'll see that I'm also talking about the gas strike and why peeps want to do it for one day. Check it out.

And why is north Phoenix often cheaper than the East Valley? It was 2.23 for the cheap stuff for me last night.
