When can I pick up my online order at the store?
When you place a store pickup order on BestBuy.com, you will receive two e-mails:
First e-mail: An Order Confirmation e-mail telling you we received your online order.
Second e-mail: The Store Pickup Notification e-mail (usually within 2 hours when an order is placed during store hours). Your purchase will be available for store pickup anytime after you receive the second Store Pickup Notification e-mail stating inventory has been confirmed and the order is ready to be picked up.
You need to pick up your purchase within 8 days of placing your order. After 8 days, your order will automatically be canceled (your credit card will be refunded).
At the time of pickup, if the item(s) are offered at a lower price in the store, we will automatically credit the difference to the purchasing credit card.

Please Note: To ensure the security of your online purchases, only the person who made the purchase may pick up items in the store.
