you all know who i am talking about....i went to a local dive bar that I go to in Los Angeles and the bartender introduced me to "the voice" of most movie previews...you all know who I'm talking about...the 1 voice for about half of the movie previews...really deep voice...

i always wondered who had that job...well now I know

Nice! That would be great, getting payed just because you have a cool voice. Hell, there is no singing or anything, just read a few lines and pick up your check. :D

yeah he said his favorite was back in the day where they would do 2 fifteen second spots back to back and it went something like this (i dont remember exactly)

The cool part is when comics do impressions of his voice...it's great.

And yeah, what a job..."what do you do for a living?" "I read 4 lines a day and make millions"

I can sound like the Moviefone voice... "HELLO, and welcome to AOL moviefone. If you know the name of the movie you'd like to see, press onnnnnne"...

but I knew exactly what voice you were referring to... that dude has a wicked sick voice (sorry too much UT tonight).

You're lucky he didn't say in the voice, "Everyone turned to kick MrDingleDangle's ass...." because it would have happened... because you know, he has the voice.

If you like that guy check out "Comedy Central Presents: Pablo Francisco"

he does a bit on that guys voice...and he does it pretty good too ;)

Whatever he makes, it's worth it. Getting ANYONE else to do your promos automatically makes your movie look like crap :p

James Earl Jones has a much cooler voice. Not bad for a guy who used to have a major stuttering problem.

I saw a special on him on some news magazine show. It was great. He's this fat dude. They also showed (maybe different show) the operator voice. She has to do every number with different tones so they fit together. Like "The number you have requested is five three two one one..."
