We have a restaurant here called "Hoggy's" - a big BBQ rib place and they make their mac and cheese with sour cream. Tastes all right, a little strong but it becomes utterly disgusting within an hour.

Just add to much milk to the mixture. Okay, most times it turns out nice and solid.
