I just got this email from paypal, scam???

Yes it's a scam. There was a thread aboot it this am.

Just FYI, I believe most banks don't actually know your pin number (so it could never be used for verification). If you lose it, it is reset, rather then retrieved.

I've never received any e-mail from PayPal that asked for my bank PIN.

I would go to their site (as above and contact them from there or phone them, I wouldn't risk sending your details to that address in the e-mail, not worth the risk!!
