Ack, I've been looking at 60hz for the past two days, and I didn't even notice! I'm at 85 now, much better.

And Bigvince, I'm not sharing your joy, I'm hating you for it ;)

Most kickass monitor? What? OK it's a nice monitor, but don't try to be all brag-ish because you're running 1600x1200x60, my friend's old 17" Viewsonic (or is it Optiquest, I forget now) can do that.

I know someone who uses 1800x1440 on his 19". 1600x1200 isn't good enough for bragging anymore. ;)

But congrats nonetheless, I'd definitely enjoy using a monitor like that (at the moment I'm using a 14" in 800x600).

PS: That reminds me, I saw a 14" that does 1280x1024!

My 17" AOC, hits 1600x1200 @ 75 hz. Our school comps have 60 hz, and it kills to look at them.

<< My god are my eyes that bad at 19? I run my 19" at 11024x768....... >>

Well, at 11024x768, anybody's eyes will go bad. ;)

well I run at 1024.768.100Hz
However when required 1280.1024.85Hz

Problem is that I wear glasses.. so I prefer the 1024.768.100Hz
I can take it to the highest but what's teh use?

I'm running 1280x1024 on my 19", and I can barely read the text if I lean back in my chair. I guess I have old eyes or something. :)

Congrats, bigvince. Be warned, however. You can never go back to small monitors. ;)

What monitor is it? 1600x1200@75hz isn't nothing special though... I can run 1600x1200@85hz on my 19" though I run 1280x1024@85hz since stuff is a little bit bigger then.

edit: Oh didn't see that it was a Micron.

My little 5 inch monochrome monitor I have in the basement still works, and it beats everything here. :D

(Yes, I did say 5 inches. :p Its a pull from a old cash register)

I got a Vision Master Pro 19" but I have no idea what refresh rate it's at. "How does one know?", Moonbeam asks stupidly.

There may be a info button on your monitor controls. Press that if there is. Otherwise it would probably be set at the optimal refresh so look in your manual for the max refresh rates.
