Our limited test roll out of the Q10 has gone pretty meh. We basically only have three users in the whole company that we're keeping on BB, everyone else is going iPhone.
The first one we deployed worked out great. He loves it and got used to it really quick. Gestures were a bit hard for him to get a hold of at first but he's learning pretty quick.
The second, the younger executive, loves the Q10, but still spends most of his time on his iPhone 5. I'm not exactly sure why that is. The best I can think of is that he's using his Q10 for phone calls and BBM and the iPhone for literally everything else. If I see him on the phone, he's on the Q10. If I see him "doing" something, it's on the iPhone.
The third, the CEO and the oldest, hated it. He called it a stinking pile of garbage after about a half hour and demanded to be switched back to his Bold 9930 even though he was the one waiting on the Q10. I switched him back, but urged him to take the Q10 on a secondary line and try to use it in his spare time. He did try over the course of the next couple of weeks but, ultimately, gave up.
