This is just creepy.

I got an actual physical letter in my mailbox today, postmarked from spain, with my name and home address on it.

Printed out with an inkjet printer:

EL GORDO SPANISH SWEEPSTAKE LOTTERY COMPANY S.A

Attention: Beneficiary

RE: AWARD FINAL NOTIFICATION

This is to inform me.. blah blah blah.. won the intl spanish lottery.. blah blah blah.. fill out this form which of course asks for my bank routing numbers etc etc

WHAT THE HELL?

It's one thing to get this crap as spam on my email account, but it is just plain bizarre to get an actual letter in the mail like this...

There was a website devoted to a guy who cashed one of those 'fake' cheques you get in the mail for like 75 000 dollars....and he got to keep it lol. I have it buried in my favorites. I can find it if necessary

Nah, we've all seen it. for the mention though.

Once they send it via ground mail, tis mail fraud... give the letter back to the postman.
