It's for a business internship - Supply Chain Management. Any pointers? And questions they may ask? What should I do to prepare? It's next Monday. After telling the internship lady that this would be my first interview I asked her if there was anything specific she wanted me to prepare for going into the interview. She said there was nothing in particular, but I should have a copy of my resume for reference (my resume's pretty craptastic BTW).

*hops into a corner and freezes in fright*

Make sure you continue to act like a bunny and refer to yourself in the 3rd person as Bunny. They'll like that.

Your post oozes of confidence. I'm sure you'll be fine.

That being said, do the following.

1) Rub one out about 15 min before interview.
2) Smile while you are talking. Trust me, it makes a difference.
3) Remember they want YOU. If you're not that confident, fake it until you are.

Make sure you know the company; what they do, their mission statement, etc.

Be prepared to prove yourself since you said your resume isn't that great.

Any more tips? What are some possible questions they'll ask? How long do you think it'll be?

Like any other interview, just be excited about the company and know what they do inside and out (as best you can). Be on your toes for any tricky questions and ask your own good questions. I'd say the best questions are the ones that pick up on something the interviewer has said and ask to him/her to expand on it, provide some opinion on why the process is this way, etc. etc. Usually phone interviews are anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour.
Likely questions, why company X? Why are you suited for position X? Why should I pick you over another equally qualified candidate (what separates you from everyone else)? And, my personal favorite, what book are you currently reading?

Good luck!

Intelligent people don't get to go to meetings :)

For sure, they will ask questions like, "So what do you know about <company>?" Also, try to think of some BS questions ahead of time... not BS as in bad, but stuff you may not really care about but seem decent to know the answer too. It always looks better if you have questions to ask. Well, I can tell you that I got a good internship and a nice paying job with always saying, "Nope, I don't have any questions." :p
