This winter, we got in a road block on our way to the night club. Everyone had drinked except the driver who was 100% sober. When we got there, seeing that we were 5 young people in a car, told us to pull over. Then he begun to be cocky. He asked for everyone's IDs, and we were all over age, so no problems. But then he asked the driver if he could search his car, and we agreed because we truly didn't have anything to hide. Then we got back into the car, and the officer said that he could have given a ticket to a girl that was with us because she wasn't wearing her seat belt (she was sitting in the middle in the back). The driver of our car got pissed and told the officer that "at least they were smart enough to get a designated driver, you could at least close your eyes on the seat belt". They let us go on our way right away.

heh kag, En Tejas you dont need to wear your seatbelt if you are in the backseat. There are a few other states like this. What state were you all in?
