I just got my AMD 1.2ghz @ 266FSB. Can you tell me what the markings mean and if this CPU will be a good overclocker?

This is going to be able to go fairly far. It is the "axia" chipset and stepping. You should be able to hit 1.4 or so with aircooling, if you are like most of the other people.
 
You should be able to do better I think. I bought a 1000MHZ AXIA BLUE from www.krex.com and right now I am doing 1390MHZ with a FOP38. It runs stable at 1425MHZ perhaps higher but it is just a little hot for my taste. I have only had this thing since this Monday I am sure it will get faster...(-:
