? Be entering your senior year of college in the 2006-2007 school year.

? Be a member of a racial minority.

? Be enrolled full-time in a four-year accredited college or university in the United States.

? Be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.

? Have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.

Wtf? Technically isn't every race a minority except caucasion? This bothers me.
