I just got a Westinghouse 22 Inch LCD (LCM-22w2). Now I need a DVI cable.

What is AWG? Is AWG 24 better than AWG 28? Are you sure I need a DVI-D?
If I could get a quick reply that would be awesome. I want to order these cables today.

AWG is the gauge of the wire. The smaller the number the thicker the wire. 28 gauge is perfectly fine. The only time you need a thicker wire is if you're going to be using a long run of wire. The longer the run, the higher the resistance. The thicker the wire, the lower the resistance.

With that, MONOPRICE for the win. 28 gauge. Call it a day! 🙂
