I just got a really nice call...

From 10:30 to 10:40 we play religious music on our station. We played a song called "Light the Fire Again".

Anyway, a woman called up and said that she wanted to know the name of the song. Well, we started talking, and it was a very sweet call. She was very happy and had a very positive outlook on life and was on her third marriage. She said she's been very happy since she became Baptist.

She's probably the nicest person I've talked to. She said I was very nice to talk to her, she said most people wouldn't want to talk to a 73 year old woman.

I dunno, it just put me in a better mood.

Cute. Very nice of you, Mr.Chaotic. When I worked as a customer rep. I had the same opportunity to talk to many different people day in and day out. You also learn a lot when you talk to your elders. Such a shame it's not done more.

I had some trouble understanding her, she had a fairly thick Hispanic accent, but she was very sweet. I'm going to try and get her the CD we played.

Now I expect all of you to go do something nice, like burn illegal copies of music for older people.

In your face, RIAA! 😀

Are you a radio DJ?

Sort of. I do lots of different things. I don't go on the air and prank call television stations or anything, but I work on-air on a station, yes. 🙂

If that doesn't make sense, don't worry, it doesn't to me either.

Watch out! SHE IS THE DEVIL IN DISGUISE!
