I just got a PSP...

I was able to exchange my laptop when I had a dead pixel, and again when I got another dead pixel, so I'd say you have a shot, though I think there have been a higher rate of dead pixels for PSP than new laptops.

Actually, not really. When you RMA something, you usually get a refurbished item. That would be fixed, not still broken.

It wasn't an RMA. I opened it at the store and the pulled a new, unsealed laptop from the cage. Then they did it again. After that, they only had one new model of that particular laptop to sell at full price. The other two had to have the standard 10% off since they had just been opened.
