I just got off the phone with a person from Ride Operations at Cedar Point...the rollercoaster captial of the world. It looks like i am going to the person telling you to exit to the right when the ride comes to a complete stop :)

has anyone else had a job at cedar point? if so, what did you do, and did you like it?

Highlight of Sandusky, OH. Well... highlight of Ohio, period. I used to go every summer... gonna try and go again this summer, but from a few hundred miles further... which ride are you going to be working at?

are you going to be living on park land, or do you live close enough that the commute isnt going to be to long, with all the traffic going there in the morning?

Yes i believe he will get to ride the rides b4 the park opens in the morning, because that is how the people got stuck on Millenium Force 2 years ago when it broke down. I wanna rid their new roller coaster there, and will most likelt be visiting the park the last week it is open for the full week and not just weekends.

Have fun, i wouldnt mind working thier if i wasnt so white skinned and easily burnt. And i have heard from people who work at SIx flags Worlds of Adventure (i live like 5 minutes from it) that it is fun counting the amount of white trash that go by, and sometimes the occasional hot girl. Also i luv it when ppl are to "big" to fit onto rides, be ready for that

I work at Disneyland for 5 years, it was fun for the first 6 months. then it just became a job to pay for school.

Now i sit around all day, doing QC/QA software. The only kick I get is seeing Software Engineers reaction when I log over 20 defects in their code.

I have a friend that's a director at Knott's Berry Farm (owned by Cedar). I worked there as a waiter a long time ago... Free passes is cool. :) Lots of little girlies work at those places too. :D

The best part about working there HAS to be the women. Damn, there were a ton of hotties when I used to go.

Did they assign you a ride? You will usually rotate different positions during the day. You will work long hours.

Click here and go to the employee lounge.

Let me know what you will be working so that I can give you a hard time when I visit this year. ;)
