I have never had a flu shot. I never get the flu any more often than anyone else anyway, so why waste my time, money, and run the same (or perhaps higher) chance of getting the flu, and have to deal with getting stuck by a needle? I friggin' hate needles. Screw all that.

You do realize that they have the Flumist (nasal spray) and Pharmajet (needle-less injector, basically a high pressure spray against your skin) as alternatives to the needle injection, right?

I work at a hospital, nurses walk the halls and give them to you after you sign and give them your employee number, I've had one every year ive worked except the first, that was the year i got the flu for the first time .....it sucks big time.

Not sure about Pharmajet, but from what I've heard the needle is more effective on average than the Flumist.

I dont get flu shots and i also dont get the flu. Its last years strain anyways they are injecting you with so it probably wont help much at all anyways.
