I just got a DS Lite

I just picked up a DS Lite with New Super Mario Brothers at Costco on a whim. It was pretty cheap and I gotta say it was worth it. However, I've been hearing some interesting things about how one can mod and hack DS Lites, things like being able to run Linux and homebrew apps. This intrigues me. Unfortunately, I'm having difficulty finding any good info, so I am relying on the power of AT to get it.
