i get a $500 bonus every quarter. of course after taxes it is only like $280...but..

My work has a attendance and a profit sharing bonus. Last year the attendance was ~$1000 and the profit was ~$2000 total for the year. Production had such a bad turnover and attendance that the bonus had to be made to keep people coming to work.
