I just gave my right hand a nice strong jolt from an open power supply. I could feel the 60 hz AC cycling through my hand. No burns or anything, and I can still type fine obviously. Should I be worried or should I go to a hospital soon?

You should be fine, except that now you will have a new respect for electricity.

Yeah, all it takes is once. Learned my lesson many years ago trying to pull a lamp plug out of a wall socket.

Meaning: discharge anywhere else than your body...
Just make sure you aren't grounded from your feet when you zap next time, it will be a whole lot worse if the electricity runs right through you!
