I just found a $750 check

My work does direct deposit, and so my checks are just records that go in a drawer. Except...three months ago, accounting screwed up and direct deposit didn't work so they issued checks to all the employees. Like an idiot, I just thought it was a DD record and filed it away. And then today, looking for my W2 in a drawer i would never go through otherwise, I found it. It would have expired in two days. I want to treat myself to a present. What would you do with it?

Half to savings, half towards next month's car/credit card payment.

If you already have a good amount is savings, shove it all in next months' car/credit card payment. No payments?

Half to savings, half to new lens for dslr? Or, 1/3 to savings, 2/3 to dslr?

Most people would figure out they are missing that kind of cash. You know $750 would be a nice start to fund my vacation to Ireland. I'll PM you the PayPal address in a few minutes. 😛
