I just finished the single player half-life and...

i'm so burned out from being in school over the summer and i didn't (read don't) feel like studying anymore. i pull out half-life (the original one) and a couple-a days later, i beat the game. is it just me or did that ending really suck?? imo, that plot that they had needed some sort of closure - now i'm left wondering what the hell was going on and why i had to do some of that stuff i did (such as launching that satellite). comments?
