I just finished reading Neil Gaiman's American Gods, what next?

Well I just finished reading American Gods and I have to say it was a really enjoyable read from start to finish. So now I need something else to dive into. Did Gaiman write a followup to AG? Are his other books any good? Also for fans of Clive Barker are his books similar to Gaiman?
 
Gaiman & Pratchett's Good Omens was a fun read.

I haven't read any other Gaiman books, and didn't think much of the other Pratchett book I read years ago (a Discworld novel)
