nah.. I dont see them as dated. To me old 2D graphics don't bother me at all and they have a charm to them unlike dated 3D graphics which is coarse, ugly, basic looking..etc. I had a hard time looking at some of my old Saturn and PS1 3D games but had no problems playing the 2D stuff.
