What's the specific offense?

If it's "parking on the sidewalk" try to argue that "I wasn't *on* the sidewalk. The front tires were in front of it, and the back tires were behind it. No part of my car was "on" it. It was *above* it. You're not allowed to be *on* private property, but you're allowed to fly a plane *above* it. Fine me and I'll take this case to the Supreme Court!
