it's not really an energy drink. It's more of a fruit drink with a lot of milk added and it has a lot of vitamins. It is very good though, I agree. My favorite is white tea and the peach.

not really. we just say "spider" when syringer makes a post. We say "don't syringer us" or "we got syringered" when someone doesnt finish
