I wish I still had my girlfriends mom's digicam, I'd take some pics..

I was doing some yard stuff, grumbling at the mess of mud the little guy has made one corner of our front yard.. was just messing around.. stuck the hose down one of the mole holes, and the next thing I know there's a furry wet thing right there.

I scooped it out of the ground so it couldn't burrow away, and it waddled around on the ground.. so I ran and got a plant pot and put it in that...

These guys are STRONG! :Q I put a towel over the pot until I could find a bucket, and it ripped a big hole in the towel, lol..

I didn't ever pick it up directly, I didn't want it to bite me or anything, if they even can..

It looked like a giant shrew.. with a shorter tail. It was actually really soft and fluffy. :) I thought about keeping it.. but I figured that wouldn't work too well.

So I let it go in the neighbors yard.

My compliments to you.

They weren't good neighbors and nice ones, were they? Or ones with a hot chick? If you answered yes to the first one, forget about it. If you answered yes to the second one... well....

It was pretty cool. I had never seen one up close and personal like that. My girlfriend and I oogled at it for a while, then we walked over and put it in the neighbors yard.. LOL...

It borrowed right into the ground, even with it all dry and hard. Seriously, while it was struggling to get out of the pot with the towel over it, I had to keep it pressed up against my body so it couldn't push the towel out of the way.. It was like pure muscle, wriggling its body trying to push its way out..

LOL! :D Moles eat bugs, and other things found in the ground as far as I know, so I'm pretty sure the mole would've won. :p

Shrug. Only talked to them a few times. No hot chicks. :p

I only half thought about what I was doing when I actually did it, I just wanted it away from our yard.. LOL

How much do you charge for your services? I've got one that's tearing the hell out of my yard now. Even burrowed all the way under a two car blacktop drive!

:D

It's funny, because I was going to come on here and ask ways to get rid of moles, and then it just kinda.. came to me. lol..

For some reason, it's only stayed in one corner of our yard. The two sides are seperated by a sidewalk, and it hadn't burrowed under the sidewalk.. so it was really tearing up the small section of yard, 2-3 new mounds of dirt a day.

The only reason I flushed it out with water is because its network of tunnels must've been really small.. Normally you can't do that.

You should have kept it until you had access to a camera. Then you could have trained it to balance stuff on its head...like...maybe a pancake? :D

Apparently, there are more than one.. because the mole hills are still forming.
