My Desktop computer is having massive difficulties connecting to the Internet, originally I had it on wireless, but it didn't work because of low signal (I use a Belkin Surf & Share wireless adaptor). As soon as I brought it downstairs right next to the router it ran fine, and worked through ethernet as well.
2 weeks ago I had it in my new room, closer to the router and it started working! With mediocre signal, it continued to work for a week, but then stopped, continuously trying to acquire a network address, ever since that it won't work there, next to the router, or even through ethernet cable, my laptop works fine wirelessly and wired however.
I have a Sagem 2504 Sky router.
