the recovery CD's for my 2373-G5U and the dude told me its going to be a $35.00 charge. Does this sound
correct? I am alittle confused...... I thought its free within the 30 days? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks
 
I think you need to call back and talk to someone else
I ordered mine after the 30 days and was charged nothing they even sent them
overnight airborne express.
 
it's still free eventhough after 30 days. I got it free because they didn't send me one. When I called them, they sent me 2 instead of one lol...



 
OK.... Called back and got a different tech. The cd's should be here in a day or two with no charge.
