I just bought a gameboy advance yesterday

I love this thing, this is the best invention since sliced bread. (at least for this week)

I got the SP version in blue, its pretty cool its slightly larger than a pager. In fact if it had a belt clip it would probably look just like a alpha/numeric pager or a blackberry. I picked up Final Fantasy Tactics and Super Puzzle Fighter 2 for my first couple of games. So far I'm loving it, I can play it in bed with no problem and with the backlit screen I never have a problem seeing the screen. The colors are really nice and vivid and the sound is'nt the greatest but far from annoying. My only complaint is that the screen is ultra tiny but since it is a self contained portable console system its definitely not a big issue.

So for you other GBA junkies what are some good games I should check for.
 
It is indeed awesoem, unfortnunatley I havn't been playing it much. Actuallly, I havn't touched it since summer 🙁

WArio Ware is an awesome pick up and play game though.
 
Try golden sun or advance wars. Those are two of my favorites. I also love the snes version of zelda, which you can get for the GBA.
 
Advance Wars (1 or 2 - turn based strategy, excellent game), Metroid Fusion, and Golden Sun (1 and 2, RPG) are all good.
 
Broken record on some of these, but Golden Sun 1&2 (you gotta get both for the whole story), Metroid Fusion (one of my favorite Metroids now), Zelda: A Link to the Past if you didn't play it "back in the day" on the SNES, and F-Zero Maximum Velocity.


Headphone adapter and some Sennheiser Headphones are nice too 😉 for better sound.



 
I don't have one (yet) but Mario 3 would be high on my list. (I think they're calling it "Super Mario Advanced Land 4 - Mario 3" or something dumb like that! Why not just call it "Super Mario 3 for the GBA"?
