As I said, I was aware of that - the camera is about 2+ years old and has been in lots of places, including the Amazon.

Today I had the sucker cleaned. Do you see an improvement? (Same subject, different angle and time of day.)

My amateur eye can see a big difference, so I would say yes it was worth the cleaning 🙂.
