Plug ur nose and blow really hard for a while (your ears will pop) but if u keep going air will come out of ur eyes. Works for my sister and I, and my dad explained that is should happen as well (him being a doctor and all I listened).
Also- thats how those people who go on TV freak shows can shoot milk out their eyes.
