I do that all the time. It's not but 1100 or so calories I think. You could do it again for dinner and you'd be fine.

Calorie count alone doesn't decide if a food is healthy.

I usually do that myself. I wait until it's on sale then buy a few boxes, then it's just dinner one night (I obviously live alone :p)

Next time... I think I'll cut up a couple hot dogs and add 'em to the mix. Yes... I think I will...

Love this stuff!!

A little pricey so I too wait until it goes on sale but it is very good for a "boxed mac n cheese"

cut up 2 Nathens and toss em in, also add extra cheese, I like the 4 cheese Mexican blend. A whole box, even with the stuff I suggested isn't hard to eat. I could probably do 2 boxes like that in 1 sitting. For some reason Mac & Cheese just doesn't seem to fill me up.

Hot dogs are good but I tend to use the canned chicken breast I get at Sam's Club. One can per box of shells 'n cheese works out about right :)

That isn't cheese. It's entirely different. Take a look at the ingredients.

Oh yea baby ... except the wife won't eat the Leseur peas, so I'm not allowed to do that anymore :(
