That's right, you read it correctly, I just consumed 1lb of smoked meat:

1/2lb Pulled Pork
1/4lb Turkey
1/4lb Brisket
Side of smoked beans.

Due to the absence of carbs, I'm feeling pretty sprightly, as of now. I have a training session this evening, so I'm hoping the boost in protein will help with my sick gainz at the gym.

Just started again! Nearly hit my protein macros for the day in that meal alone.

Now that you are done with the appetizers, what's the main course going to be?

Frozen yogurt in a couple hours, followed by dinner after working out.

Protein farts? Are you single?

I am married. I have a designated farting room (unbeknownst to her) to save her from the toxic fumes.

I thought the snap some photos, but hunger got the best of me and I dove face first into the platter.

A whole pound? Awww, it's so adorable when little manlets try to act grown up.

Had it not been a work day, I would have gone for more. Unfortunately, I needed to be somewhat productive this afternoon.

Are you worried that when the time comes you are gonna rip in half?

I've been eating a lot of fiber, so I'm cautiously optimistic that I will not be birthing a brick tomorrow morning.

I can fart out a meal larger than that

I'm no light eater, and I'm pretty damn full after that meal.

It's not just quantity. It's also how frequent and often you eat BBQ and meat. That kind of meal doesn't even register on my radar since that's like everyday thing for me. I think most of you would die or would already be dead if you ate the quantity of meat I consume daily.

Normal weight, and I get full relatively easily but 1lb of good BBQ would be easy to polish off and still fit dessert, while feeling quite but still pleasantly full with room for some more if it was that good.
