It's nice when your company believes in comp time. My former employer didn't believe in comp time...salaried workers got the short end of the stick.

Unfortnately, my "comp" time really just turns out to be a day that I spend at home on the cell phone fixing problems or PCanywhere or RDP'd into some box fixing something. But, it's still better than nothing.

I can take every Friday off until March if I wanted :D

Is comp time a straight 1=1 hour, or do they comp you at an OT rate?

Either way, that's a crapload of extra hours!

There was a guy where I worked last summer who had so much leave, and accumulated it at such a fast rate, that he does take every friday off.
