Being a huge grunt signifies nothing more than you are, well, a grunt.

For eternity, both men and women have been criticized from demonstrating grace and acuteness in their performance in sports.

Frankly, I respect the soccer player more. In soccer, there are no plays when you ahve the ball. There are strategies, plays, and more, but in the end, each players grace, balance, control, and skill are what win the game.


Football > american football.

I heard that in the italian league, if one team's fans through stuff on the field then that team looses 3-0. Any truth?

anyways, i just won the euro cup on my psp😉 i've played soccer(IRL) since i was about 6 or so but since I got out of highschool the only league i play in now is a mexican league here in town. it's organized, has refs and all that good stuff but those latinos will throw down at the drop of a hat. i see at least one fight every sunday(game day). i miss high school and classic🙁

My friend walked off the field with a broken jaw, the players know there is nothing graceful about soccer 🙂. It is a brute sport that requires speed. It forces every player on the field to be the best he can be. Even your goalie can't be a 400 pound fatty. Anyone who has played on a skilled team knows what the sport asks of you.

Anyone who thinks its a girls sport can drop a waterlogged ball on the green, walk 10 paces back and cup their nuts. I'm aiming right at you.

well what you call soccer is called football(or a variation of it like futebol or something close to it) pretty much universally, so I think it's american football that's making things confusing...

another exception i can think of is Italy, they call football "calcio"

That said, the disperity in the enjoyment of football is MASSIVE compared with american football. I love watching American football, and love playing it just as much. I love watching football too, but playing it is fvkign fantastic.
 
I think many people on here will be more likely to like soccer, since the average ATOT member is closer to the size of a soccer player than a football player and they'll selfishly take a position that favors them. But then again, after reading all the "YAGT" threads, I seriously think that calling some of these members "male" is a bit strong. Eunuch maybe, but surely not a man.
