I did a price search and this seems to be a good price on this mp3-player. buy.com has it for 173.95..wish I could come up with some good price match guarantee bonus. Will have to check into this one a little further.

The one at Amazon is parallel interface and the one at buy.com is USB.
An alternative to this deal that someone thought of is to price match buy.com's with Outpost and use a buy.com coupon.
The price ends up being a little higher but I guess it depends on which interface that you want.

I believe the 32 mb is actually two 16 mb cards also. It's a good buy, but make sure you know what you are getting are you may be disappointed with this one.

My nearly 7 year old daughter wanted one of these. She is becoming quite the tech head. She thought it was cool looking but
she did say that if she were an adult she would have more money for a better player and probably wouldn't buy this one. It doesn't hold enough songs and carrying around the extra cards can be a "pain" She has too much spending money for her own good I think. She managed to talk me into taking the free 20 dollars worth of stuff from the Amazon coupon and subtracting it from her net price so it ended up being a good deal for her.
