I intend to take public assistance

Not in cash form though. I had an orientation with Michigan Rehab Services today and it sounds promising. Since I am in recovery and have a significant history of anxiety/depression, I should qualify. They will help me with school, training and job placement in a career path of my choosing that is feasible. My choice of substance abuse counselor didn't phase them. So its looking like my dream could become a reality.

This is the first good news I have gotten in a pretty long time.
