I installed the new windows patch

it gives me an estimated battery life of a little over 2 hours..I have a 17" 1.86

the patch tweaked my pc settings. it dims my monitor so it doesnt seem bright at all when it is running on battery power. does this seem right?

The patch may have reset by default something in the power management settings?
