Tigerdirect has the 28 Inch I-Inc for $249 plus I have a $50 credit their and free shipping. So for $200 how exactly good or bad is this monitor? Every review on tiger directs website says its great. But I want a bit more professional view if you know what I mean 🙂 This would be used to surfing the web and games like BC2 and COD....

I've heard largely positive things on this forum about it. It sure as hell isn't near an IPS panel, or even top TNs, but for what you're doing it should be fine.

It does have a rather large dot pitch, being 28" at 1920x1200, so that is something to consider.

I owned this LCD for one day (Also bought it at TD) and then I took it back for a 24". It looks likes crap. The quality is not good at all --My Acer looks much better. 28" is almost too big as well.

You probably bought already to get the cashback. In case you didn't, I'd recommend the Asus vw266h. You lose 2.5", but honestly, 28" seems way too big for a TN. I currently use my vw266h alongside a NEC 20WMGX2. The NEC is a fantastic, high end panel and I can certainly tell the difference between the asus and it. However, with calibration, I have no problem using the vw266h and the difference is, imo, as small as you are going to get between a budget TN and a high quality panel.
