It basicly is, you don't make money unless you recruit people under you. You're encouraged to buy their products (haircair/grooming/some food/cleaning supplies/consumer electronics of mediocre quality).

People know what amway is, regardless of what they call it. Stay away. If you need some extra money, work a few hours of OT each week or sell stuff on ebay, Amway/quizxtar/etc is a pile of shìt and not worth your time or effort. You're smarter than that
