Its the teacher that is hard, more so than the subject.

bah, it's not that bad. You just gotta remember how to use K-maps and Shannon expansions, basically that's what most introductory digital electronics classes boil down to.

No its not that, that was EECE 140. This is CMOS, MOSFETS, BJTS, diodes, stuff along those lines.
