The plastic piece screwed into the HDD bay to the left of this image with horizontal slots, what is it for?

Big long card hanging off a PCI(-X) slot and a screw isn't very secure.

Okay, thanks. I'm thinking of throwing a fan in there since two raptors in that bay get up to 44+c idling when ambient is 24c, trying to figure out how I'd pull it off.
